FAMILY COUNCIL

ABOUT THE FAMILY COUNCIL AT CHESTER VILLAGE

The family council provides mutual support, empowerment and advocacy for the residents. This is composed of family and friends of the residents of Chester Village.

The family and community coordinator liases with the family council to provide information to the council as needed and also relays information back to the management team.

This council provides an opportunity to request education and information related to long-term care and a way to express concerns and solve problems.

Meetings are held on the last Wednesday of the month.
